Before the Technology And Infrastructure components are handed over to the service delivery team is it important to obtain all contracted sign-offs from the respective stakeholders.

In order to obtain sign-offs from Client, the Engagement Manager (Transition), in conjunction with the Technology And Infrastructure Lead, need to ensure:

Base-lined Technology And Infrastructure documentation and tools configuration are published
Updated risk and issue logs are published to all stakeholders
All critical gaps/issues are addressed/closed.
